Please be aware that when booking more than 3 months in advance, the pricing that you see on our website for services, as well as our private room reservation fee pricing, are subject to change as we have pricing and menu changes throughout the year to reflect current times and industry changes. If any spa policies outlined in our contract were to change, an updated signed contract may be required to continue to hold your date.

To ensure availability, please make reservations as far in advance as possible, or at the conclusion of your last spa experience. When making reservations, please notify the concierge if you have any health conditions that may affect your spa experience. A credit card is required to secure all reservations. Menu services and pricing are subject to change without notice. Rivage Day Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Your spa time is held exclusively for you and your therapist. We respectfully ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a 48-hour advance notice to avoid up to 100% charges of services. All no-show reservations will be assessed a charge at the full value of services. Spa parties are subject to forms of agreement on a spa contract.

To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you please plan on arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your first treatment. This will allow time to check-in, change, complete your guest profile, and familiarize yourself with our spa. We will provide you with a luxurious robe, slippers, and private lockers for your convenience. Please leave all valuables at home, as Rivage Day Spa is not responsible for items lost, stolen or misplaced. Delayed arrivals will limit the time of your spa experience, so in consideration of other spa guests, your time may be adjusted accordingly, and the full price of your service will be charged.

For the comfort and safety of our guests and our staff, a friendly reminder that children are not permitted, for any reason, in our treatment rooms. We appreciate you helping us make Rivage a peaceful and relaxing space.

Consultations

Before scheduling any medical spa treatment, it is recommended you set up a complimentary consultation appointment. A consultation may take approximately 15-30 minutes, and will answer any important questions concerning prices, amount of treatments needed, preparations, and at-home care. Because we require a consent form prior to all treatments, we ask you allow extra time.

Single Treatments vs. Packages of Treatments

All of our medical spa services are offered as single treatments. However, for best results as well as economical reasons, we recommended you consider purchasing medical spa packages.

Whether it’s the depth of pressure during your massage, the temperature of your spa room, or any other issues, your comfort is most important to us. In order to ensure a pleasant and relaxing experience, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa. Guests must be 18 years or older in order to receive a spa service. For the privacy and comfort of our spa guests, all cell phones, laptops, and cameras are prohibited in all of our spa areas. To get the most of your treatment, we encourage you to communicate all of your concerns to our therapists. All outside food and beverages are prohibited.

For any kind of celebrations, including birthdays, corporate, bridal parties, getaways, and office appreciation, Rivage Day Spa would love to be your ideal destination to host your next event. For parties of five or more guests, please contact our spa concierge for more information.

Rivage Day Spa accepts payments in the form of cash, checks, all major credit cards, and Rivage Day Spa Gift cards. Gift
cards must be presented at time of sevice in order to be rendered.

Rivage Day Spa gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, and can be used toward any spa service or retail purchases. Our gift cards are transferable but non-refundable, and cannot be used for gratuity or redeemed for cash. The value of the gift card is subject to current pricing as well as our cancellation policy. Rivage Day Spa is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Gift cards must be presented at time of service in order to be rendered.

Not included in the price of service or spa packages, gratuities are an appreciation of exceptional service and are always welcomed. Given at your discretion, tip envelopes are provided upon checkout. Please note, cash is preferred.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your skin or body care purchase, you will be given a spa credit if the return is made within 14 days and returned unopened with a receipt.
