The Ritual

Bringing Body and Mind Into Balance

Mind Body Balance pairs the deep, radiant warmth of hot stones with the calming power of CBD and aromatherapy — soothing tired muscles while quieting a busy mind. It's a ritual designed to leave you centered, from the shoulders down and the temples up.

What to Expect

Your ritual begins with a full-body hot stone massage using healing CBD oil. Smooth, heated stones glide over the body, their warmth penetrating deep into tired muscles to melt away aches and tension — while the CBD works to soothe and calm from the surface down.

As the body lets go, attention turns to the mind. A Head Ease scalp massage with an artful aromatherapy blend targets the tension we hold without realizing — the temples, jaw, neck, and scalp — using pressure points to quiet even the most restless thoughts.

You leave with body and mind brought gently back into balance.

The Experience

Two Halves of One Ritual

Mind Body Balance moves deliberately from the physical to the mental — releasing the body first, then settling the mind.

The Body

Hot Stone Massage · 65 Min

Heated stones and CBD oil work together over the full body, their warmth reaching deep into tired muscles to release aches, ease tension, and restore a sense of physical calm.

The Mind

Head Ease Scalp Massage · 15 Min

An aromatherapy scalp massage focuses on the areas that hold mental tension — temples, neck, jaw, and scalp — using pressure points and a calming essential-oil blend to quiet a restless mind.

What We Use

Thoughtfully Sourced Botanicals

Every product in Mind Body Balance is chosen to soothe the body and calm the mind — clean, organic, and deeply restorative.

CBD Oil

A simple, powerful blend of cold-pressed organic jojoba oil and full-spectrum CBD — soothing tired muscles as it's worked in with the warmth of the stones.

Head Ease Oil

An aromatic blend of Bulgarian lavender, peppermint, Spanish rosemary, frankincense, basil, Roman chamomile, ginger, spearmint, and helichrysum — calming the mind during the scalp massage.

Lalicious "The Oil"

A silky finishing oil of coconut, sweet almond, marula, and macadamia with botanical extracts — leaving skin soft and lightly scented.

Pre-Treatment Guidelines
Before Your Appointment
  • Drink plenty of water beforehand to support hydration and the benefits of the massage.

  • Avoid excessive alcohol consumption before your appointment.

  • Eat a light meal one to two hours before — avoid arriving overly hungry or immediately after a large meal.

  • Let your therapist know of any allergies, sensitivities, medications, or areas of tension you'd like addressed.

  • Consider arriving with clean hair, since the scalp massage uses aromatic oils you may wish to wash out afterward.
