Dear Spa Guests,
There is a growing concern about how rapidly everything is taking place, and we want guests to know we are on top of it and making adjustments accordingly.
Here are some specifics:
- We are scheduling our appointments further apart and thinning existing appointments for a more private experience.
- We are requiring employees to provide a doctor’s note to return to work after they have been out sick.
- If guests feel the need to have our therapists wear gloves or a mask for any reason, please make this request when you make your appointment. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
- We have increased the number of sanitizers and ask that even though you wash your hands vigorously, please do it more frequently and for a longer duration (and either sing happy birthday or your ABCs while doing so).
- If guests have traveled outside the U.S. within the last 30 days please cancel your spa appointments immediately.
- Please understand, we have the right to reserve services and we ask guests to be open and honest. Peace of mind is as important to our staff and guests as your health.
Most importantly, we ask everyone to communicate, stay calm and be kind to one another. Take care of yourself both mentally and physically. As always, we look forward to seeing you at the spa for a little well-deserved pampering.
If you have any additional concerns, I welcome you to contact me directly.
